Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. This ‘Plum Premium Subscription 6 month free trial Promotion - February 2025’ (“The Promotion”) is organised by Plum Fintech Limited (“Plum”).

2. The promotion is open until Wednesday 12th March to selected existing Plum customers with an open Cash ISA.

3. To be eligible for the Promotion, a participating customer must have an 'active' Plum account.

4. Once the free trial ends you will be charged monthly for the subscription. Fee information can be found here.

5. Plum subscription can be cancelled at any time through the My Account section in the app.

6. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

7. Plum reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time and for any reason.

8. Plum also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is believed to have violated these Promotion Terms & Conditions or Plum's General T&Cs 

9. These terms are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
